We consider the atonement of Christ from the point of view of the satisfaction of God's pleasure - His pleasure in His Son Who is God's atonement. Included here we look at the matter of our innocence to begin with, and of Paul's assertion that we have "clearly seen" at some point the true and living God by the revelation of the Holy Spirit, prior to our eventual rejection of that light which is Christ.
