Don't Forget the Tanach

For the apostolic church, the Tanach (the Hebrew scriptures) was their Bible. The apostles' teaching was the presentation of Jesus as the fulfilment of the Law and the Prophets. The new testament writings reveal Christ as the meaning of the Hebrew scriptures, such that Paul found in the Tanach the "unsearchable riches of Christ."
